Osvaldo Pablo Jofré is specialized in Labor Law and Social Security.

He is partner at cfgd|. Previously, he worked in the legal areas of the former Retail Employees Family Benefits Fund and the National Social Security Administration, while also working as a freelance lawyer. He was later an associate at Estudio Biscardi & Asociados, a firm attached to Deloitte’s practice, as Manager of the Labor and Social Security Department, becoming later senior associate in the same field at Cárdenas, Di Ció, Romero, Tarsitano & Lucero. He is also Associate Professor of the Labor Law course at the UCA School of Economics.

His profile is oriented to advising local and international clients in complex labor law and social security matters (hiring key staff, compensations, pension plans, expatriation, pension debt provisions, transfers of staff, due diligence processes in the context of M&A, among others), in addition to a relevant performance in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Osvaldo received his law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (1994) and attended the Masters’ Degree in Labor Law and International Labor Relations, under UNTREF – Jagiellonan University in Krakow agreement.
